Recipe: Blueberry-Raspberry-Banana Muffins

Today, I baked my favourite muffins, so I thought I would share my recipe with you. They taste very fruity and sweet, I hope you find them delicious!


  • 85g Butter
  • 170g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Coup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Vanillasugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Pouder
  • 190g Flour
  • 1-2 coup(s) (250g) Blueberries
  • 250g Raspberries
  • 2 Bananas



Put the butter and the sugar into a bowl and mix them. After that, put the 2 eggs in there as well. Later on, add the vanillasugar, sour cream, flour and backing powder – mix it until everything is creamy.

Now purée your bananas and mix the mash into the dough with a spoon.  Make sure to have your berries washed before you add them to the mixture. You can put some flour onto the berries, so they can’t slide down easily. Add the berries to the dough with a spoon and don’t forget to save some up for the next step!

After you have given your mixture into the muffin liners, put the left-over berries on the top of each muffin.

Now it’s time to put the muffins into the oven: preheat the oven and let the muffins back at 190°C for about 15-20 minutes.

Let them cool down for a few minutes after you have taken them out.
